A Word from our Chapter President

Greetings Sorors and Friends,

Welcome to the official website of the Southeast Arkansas Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. I am excited and honored to serve as the 6th President of this chapter of spectacular, hardworking, and dedicated women. As we enter the 2022-2024 sorority year of service through sisterhood, the Southeast Arkansas Alumnae Chapter has an uncompromising commitment to upholding our extraordinary legacy. Our strong foundation enables us to promote the goals and objectives of our sorority through programs and initiatives designed to support the communities at large. Guided by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority’s Five-Point Programmatic Thrust, we proudly serve and impact the lives of Southeast Arkansas residents in the areas of Educational Development, Economic Development, International Awareness and Involvement, Physical and Mental Health, and Political Awareness and Involvement.

Throughout the next biennium and beyond, the Southeast Arkansas Alumnae Chapter remains devoted to using our collective strengths to develop and sustain effective activities to support those we serve, by Emerging Collaboratively, Embracing Change, and Empowering Communities. It is our charge to ensure we are providing effective, timely, and relevant services in our community and we are looking forward to an amazing year.

We are a chapter on the move! I encourage you, to lets, EMERGE Collaboratively, EMBRACE Change, and EMPOWER Communities, by attending our events regularly and support our public service activities. Join us on our mission as we continue to make a visible difference to the communities we serve.

In conjunction with the National biennial theme of “Joy in our Sisterhood,
Power in our Voice and Service in our Heart,” please continue to visit our
